Shipping Information
After an order is placed, an email receipt confirmation will be sent out. These same details can be accessed by logging onto the site with your username and password.
Order Confirmation
All Groomstars orders will be shipped insured through special Fedex insured program. Available options with be offered upon checkout. When your order is ready to be shipped you will receive an email confirmation.
Payment Options
Payment is accepted online. We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Discover.
Return Policy
Groomstars accepts returns on certain orders within 14 days of receipt. If you are unhappy with the item or it arrives damaged or defective, please contact a Groomstars representative within 14 days to receive a return authorization number. Packages without a return authorization number will not be accepted. Orders of a particular item of more than 3 are not returnable. If you would like to order a sample before placing a large quantity order you can do so as part of our Groomstars Approved Sample Program. This allows you to see and approve a sample for a large order that can be returned for full credit or against the future order. Please see Groomstars Approved Sample Program for full details. All personalized items are final sale and non-refundable.
Sales Tax Information
The Federal Government requires that we collect sales tax in the state of New York where Groomstars is incorporated as a business. These taxes apply to all shipments to residents of the state of New York. Shipping fees may be taxable depending on the tax laws of your local jurisdiction and will be applied at time of checkout if applicable.
